The apartment is located in one of Athens’ main business districts, situated in a quite and safe neighbourhood side street of the Ambelokipoi area. It is a 5-minute walking distance from the metro (Panormou station).
Across the street you will find a mini-market and a major supermarket (AB Vassilopoulos) on Geroulanou Street (same street as apartment) approximately 2-minute walking distance to the left as you come out of the apartment building.
Also on the same street, there is a well-known clinic as well as a pharmacy.
In the Ambelokipoi area, you will be able to find everything that you need. At the centre of Ambelokipoi (where the metro is situated) there is a complete shopping district (with bakeries, dry-cleaning, cafeterias, banks, supermarkets, gift shops, restaurants, pastry shops, florist shops etc). From there, you will be able to move easily around Athens as there are many means of transport (buses, metro) that can take you to different parts of Athens (i.e. downtown Athens: Syntagma Square, Omonoia Square, Monastiraki area where you can find many small gift shops, taverns, cafes etc , Acropolis etc).
